Founded by Dr. Ashlyn Gardner, PT, DPT, Dwell is a mobile pelvic health practice that brings expert, compassionate care directly to you. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, we meet you in the comfort of your home.

Ashlyn’s approach is grounded in whole-body, movement-forward care. With nearly four years of focused experience, she blends evidence-based treatment with a deep understanding of how the body moves and restores itself. Alongside her advanced pelvic floor training, she’s also completed extensive coursework in dry needling.
